Programs
Our year-round educational programs are designed to support homeschooling families by providing a valuable supplement to their curriculum. Our focus is on fostering critical thinking and practical life skills through a balanced approach. Our approach includes structured lessons in the fundamentals of phonics, math, and science, while also encouraging child-led exploration. We nurture curiosity by integrating essential concepts into daily adventures and outdoor explorations, creating an exciting learning journey in both indoor and outdoor spaces. By combining hands-on experiences with essential academic concepts, we create an engaging learning environment that nurtures independence and a love for learning.
Sparrow Pods:
Ages 4yrs - 6.5yrs: | 8:30am-1pm
Class Size: 12 children

Two-Day Program (Mondays and Wednesdays):
This program emphasizes the fundamentals and exploration through critical thinking, hands-on learning, and structured lessons. Each day includes ample outdoor time, free play, child-led learning, and a variety of engaging activities ​Allowing kids to ignite their curiosity, build independence, and develop problem-solving skills.

One-Day Program (Tuesdays):
The one-day program includes everything from the two-day program, just with one less day.

One-Day Program (Thursdays):
At this age, children are naturally curious and eager to learn as they explore the world around them! They begin to recognize letters, numbers, shapes, and colors, all while engaging in imaginative play that fosters their creativity and social skills. We take their lead, encouraging their growth through outdoor adventures, free play, and nature exploration, allowing them to discover and learn in a joyful, hands-on environment. By weaving in stories and fun activities, we make every day an exciting journey of exploration and creativity!​​​​

Goals for Jericho Valley's Future:
Adventure Day:
Will take place on Thursday afternoons. Times/classes will rotate and change.

On Adventure Days, students can engage in various elective activities that align with their interests and passions. Changing monthly or seasonally, these activities are facilitated by parents, our staff, or part-time instructors specializing in specific areas. The goal is to provide hands-on, experiential learning opportunities that enhance children's physical, creative, and social development beyond the regular curriculum. These programs will first be available for early sign-ups exclusively for Jericho families. If there are still spots available afterward, they will then be opened to other interested families. These elective activities will be led by various instructors, and pricing will vary.

Growing and Expanding:
Should Jericho Valley thrive and the demand arise for a second group, we would be delighted to expand. However, we believe it’s essential to first establish a solid foundation in this new venture before moving too quickly. Time will guide our growth as we ensure we are fully comfortable and prepared.
